Okay, this is a little late, but here is Pick #2 for October: Mary Blaine, by stocos28. Mary's an origional charachter, but fits in well with the rest of the more rationaly designed Joes. This figure, while clearly femenine, has limbs containing parts from masculine figures, making her just a tad more bulky, thereby more real and far less fragile looking. A good design choice, in my eyes. Also, they dry brushing adds a lot of depth to the figure. (I likes me some dry brushin'!)
